Decades in The Kitchens: Our Chefs

The strength of our team flows from Sam, the owner. He has worked in kitchens since he was 16, going on to train in cooking schools in France and Italy. For ten years he plied his trade in the kitchens of San Carlo, before eventually taking what he had learned and breaking out on his own. Alfresco's team learns from him every day while also bringing their own unique expertise and creativity–resulting in an Italian fusion restaurant embodying decades of combined experience.
